Utility Power measured at the wall outlet This waveform from a Power Quality analyzer captures the highly distorted wave measured at the wall of a PurePower customer. The location was not selected to demonstrate bad power - the residence is in a neighborhood that has generally good utility power, and the test measurement was random. These results, are not unusual. Note that the distortion is at 6.9% with no load and the rms voltage and the peak voltage are both well below acceptable levels for quality audio system performance.
